Noria is an AI-powered nursing workflow platform that saves inpatient bedside RNs 30-60 minutes per 12-hour shift. We aggregate patient data, generate handoffs, and eliminate documentation busywork — so nurses can focus on patients instead of computers.

The Role

Sell Noria to CNOs and CIOs at large health systems. This is a founding role — you'll shape the sales playbook, not inherit one. You'll need to navigate complex hospital procurement while building genuine relationships with nursing leadership who've been burned by vendor promises before.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify 500+ bed health systems as target accounts
  • Run product demos for nursing leadership (CNOs, Directors) and IT stakeholders (CIOs, CMIOs)
  • Navigate hospital procurement cycles including security reviews, BAA execution, and IT governance
  • Manage pilot relationships from initial deployment through contract conversion
  • Build the sales playbook — discovery scripts, objection handling, competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with product on pricing strategy and packaging

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years selling SaaS to hospitals or health systems
  • Existing relationships with CNOs, CIOs, or CMIOs
  • Experience with pilot-to-contract sales cycles in healthcare
  • Comfort running technical product demos to both clinical and IT audiences

Nice to Have

  • Epic ecosystem familiarity (App Orchard, integration timelines)
  • Clinical workflow knowledge — you can speak the language
  • Startup experience — comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
  • Salesforce or HubSpot CRM experience
