Noria is an AI-powered nursing workflow platform that saves inpatient bedside RNs 30-60 minutes per 12-hour shift. We aggregate patient data, generate handoffs, and eliminate documentation busywork — so nurses can focus on patients instead of computers.

The Role

Active RN or nursing informaticist with Epic experience. This is a part-time advisory role — help us build the right thing. You'll be the nursing voice in the room, ensuring every feature we ship actually works the way nurses work, not the way engineers imagine nurses work.

What You'll Do

• •Validate feature designs against real clinical workflows before engineering builds them
• •Participate in user testing sessions and provide structured clinical feedback
• •Review AI-generated clinical content (summaries, handoffs) for safety and accuracy
• •Represent the nursing perspective in product planning and prioritization decisions
• •Connect us with nurse peers for user research and beta testing

What We're Looking For

• •Active RN license (or recent)
• •3+ years of bedside inpatient nursing experience
• •Epic proficiency — you use it daily or have recently
• •Strong opinions about what nurses actually need vs. what vendors think they need

Nice to Have

• •Nursing informatics certification (NI-BC)
• •Med-surg or telemetry unit experience
• •Experience evaluating or implementing clinical software
